Overview
The proposal to follow will outline the conceptual details surrounding The Cole Custer Invitational - an exclusive ‘made for TV’ fishing competition featuring celebrity F1, Nascar and LIV golf athletes as they compete head-to-head on luxury sportfishing yachts while raising awareness and proceeds for noteworthy charitable causes supported by the Haas Foundation. The proposal will further outline the scope of services and responsibilities for Bluewater Movements as tournament director for the CCI event.

- 1-day billfish competition with additional categories for kingfish, dolphin, wahoo, cobia and tuna.
- Hosted at premier marina property between Palm Beach and Dade County.
- (8) luxury private sportfish yachts chartered to accommodate competing teams and CCI guests.
- Each boat equipped with captain, 2 mates and hostess. All fishing equipment, food and beverages provided.
- Trophies awarded for the top billfish release team and heaviest of each eligible species weighed.

- Bluewater Movmements (BM) to serve as director for the Cole Custer Invitational (CCI)
- Consult & advise on the overall format of the event to include:
- Competition Rules
- Recommendations on general format to accommodate celebrities, sponsors and guests during competition.
- Work collaboratively with Haas team to secure a host marina venue for CCI.
- Lead contact with marina regarding all correspondence for event and slip reservations for teams.

- BM to facilitate all pertinent communications to participating teams before, during and after event.
- Subject to a kickoff/welcome party, BM will conduct captains meeting to cover all aspects of event and answer participant questions.

- Provide a core group of BM staff during CCI, with the experience necessary to facilitate and execute all aspects of the fishing event on competition day from lines in through weigh-in.
- Oversee celebrity and guest pairings with boats on the morning of competition.
- Operation of radio room command center to record team releases during competition day.
- Provide equipment necessary for VHF and cellular communication with teams during event.
- Manage all operational aspects of check-in & weigh-in for CCI event following fishing.
- Provide digital scales necessary to record the weight of eligible meatfish in the event.

- Deliver results to designated CCI representative for awards ceremony presentation.
- Assist with presentation of trophies to winners during ceremony.
- Utilize extensive expertise in producing offshore tournaments to ensure the best experience for teams, sponsors and other guests of the tournament.

- Per Diem -
- Lodging - Six (6) hotel rooms (12 room nights) to accommodate tournament staff that will be on site to help execute all aspects of the CCI event.
- Reimbursement for meals and incidentals, not to exceed $2,000, for Bluewater staff in attendance. Receipts to be provided.
